Experienced Sales Executive

Mode: Hybrid

Salary: NGN 150,000 + Uncapped Sales Bonuses

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving high sales targets and will be responsible for driving student recruitment and enrollment for various educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve recruitment targets.

- Identify and engage prospective students through various channels, including online and offline marketing campaigns.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.

- Conduct presentations and information sessions to promote our services and educational programs.

- Provide guidance and support to students throughout the application and enrollment process.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational programs, admission requirements, and industry trends.

- Track and report on sales performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.



- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the education or student recruitment industry.

- Demonstrated success in achieving high sales targets.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and parents.

- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Highly organized with strong time management skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
