I started my journey as a corper in Awgu camp, Enugu state, Nigeria. Registration process was rigorous, lasted for two days and left me exhausted each time. Fun activities in the camp made up for the tiredness I felt after the registration. There was a lot of people from across different parts of Nigeria. I met with a lot of them and made friends with a few. After the camp, we were assigned to different places of primary assignment and getting to work was fun because my employers were friendly and easy going.
A good number of us would have experienced the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) just like I have. We want to hear about your experience. I’m sure there are exciting stories you would want to share. Was it delightful? Did you have any sad experience? Share a story with us.
